By now everyone should have received voting papers and pack.  Please contact the office (03 578-6180) if you have not received one.

Whānau, make sure you have your say by voting. All the information you need to vote is in your voting packs, which includes all the candidates details, on-line voting details and your voting papers.

Voting closes at 12pm at the AGM.  You can also vote by post, or online. Postal and e-voting closes the night before the AGM at 5pm Friday the 4th October, so postal votes will need to be sent by early next week.

Remember, you need to be registered, and over 18 years of age to vote. It is not too late to register as a member, click here to register. If your details have changed, let us know by calling the Rangitāne office on (03 578-6180) or email admin@rangitane.org.nz.  If you have lost your voting pack, please call Electionz on 0800 666 042 (NZ residents) or 00 64 3 377 3530 (overseas residents) and ask for Isiah, email Electionz (iroberts@electionz.com) or the office.

Currently just over 20% of eligible members have voted on-line.

Last Saturday, around 20 Kaumātua enjoyed sharing recipes and cooking together as part of a Kaumātua kai day at Ūkaipō.  Special thanks to Calvin, Rata and Rick who supplied some kaimoana and Moira-Ann Carey for supporting the event.

The office team are busy organising the AGM for next week.  There are several kawemate being brought home to Wairau, so please come down to Ūkaipō at 5.30pm on Friday 4 October to join the hau kāinga to welcome our whānau and kawemate home.  This year the AGM will start with a light lunch at 11:30am followed by the AGM at 1:00pm.  After the hui there is a dinner with a band at the Clubs of Marlborough for members and their partners.  RSVPs are essential and must be received by 30 September to events@rangitane.org.nz.  Please make sure you contact the office if you want to attend as there is limited seating. We are excited that large numbers are coming home this year for the AGM and we are expecting a great day.
