Following recent news that the Blenheim Police Station requires structural repairs, Rangitāne Investments have been working closely with Ngā Pirihimana o Aotearoa (New Zealand Police) to support them in their search for temporary office space.
We are thrilled to advise that Ngā Pirihimana will become tenants on Level 1 of Rangitāne House in mid-August. This will allow the previously vacant space on Level 1 to be fitted out to a high standard and provide Rangitāne with improved returns on the Rangitāne House property.
We are continuing to work proactively with Ngā Pirihimana, to support them as they work through the repairs at the Blenheim Station. The front counter remains open at the Blenheim Station.
