Applications for our Poroiwi Education Grant open 1 November 2025.

Te Rūnanga a Rangitāne o Wairau Trust is committed to supporting the educational aspirations of its younger members.  Applicants can access up to $75 for each child at the beginning of the school year to assist with school fees, stationery, school uniforms or other related costs. This grant is available to the parents or legal guardians of children registered with Te Rūnanga a Rangitāne o Wairau Trust, aged between 5 and 18 years who attend primary, intermediate or secondary school in Aotearoa. Children must be enrolled in school for 2026.

Applicants are required to provide:

• Rangitāne o Wairau membership registration numbers for yourself and your eligible children

• Completed application form

• Proof of bank account details
